Conveyancer's Certificate - how to get it
If you submit a Land Use Management application to a municipality, they might ask for a Conveyancer's Certificate. This certificate is issued by a conveyancing attorney and verifies that there are no conditions or restrictions on the title deed that would affect the intended use or development of the property. You may email lawyer@capetownlawyer.co.za to request a quote for a conveyancer's certificate.
